TERMS & CONDITIONS.
1. Company identity
This website is operated by BRODEN EARL TRADING LTD, 26 Eastport Road, Stockton-on-Tees, Cleveland, TS18 2LP, United Kingdom.
2. Website use
By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security.
3. Product descriptions
We aim to describe products accurately. Colours may appear differently on different screens, and printed results can vary slightly from an on-screen preview.
4. Personalised products
Personalised products are produced using the design, text and images you supply. Please review your personalisation carefully — including spelling, dates and image placement — before submitting your order. Nothing in this section removes your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
5. Customer-supplied artwork and uploaded content
When you upload photographs, graphics, logos, text or illustrations you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have permission to use that content for printing. We do not accept content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights, and we may reject an order where uploaded content cannot appropriately be produced. Where an order is rejected for this reason we will contact you and refund any payment taken.
6. Orders and order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept your order. We may decline an order, for example where content cannot be produced or an item is unavailable.
7. Payment and pricing
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is taken through a secure payment provider. We do not store raw card details.
8. Production and delivery
Personalised items are produced after your order is accepted. Production and delivery timescales are published on our Delivery page.
9. Cancellations, returns and faulty products
Cancellation and return rights, including how they apply to personalised goods, are set out on our Returns & Refunds page.
10. Intellectual property
Website content belongs to us or our licensors. You keep the rights in the content you upload, and you grant us permission to use it only to produce and support your order.
11. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your personalisation and delivery details, and for the content you supply.
12. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
13. Consumer rights and governing law
These terms do not affect your statutory rights. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
